Description of Work: Panel was replaced. Downgraded from 200 Amp originally purchased to 125 Amp to stay under cost. Additional grounding poles were going to be needed for 200 Amp. No additional charge to install beyond Angie's list cost.

Description of Work: They usually charge 75$ per hour of service (and anything less than an hour is still $75). The guy walked in and fixed the wiring on my ceiling fan in about 5 minutes and only charged me 25$. Professional, kind, and knowledgable. I will definitely use them in the future!!

Description of Work: We did a discounted seasonal check knowing our oldest unit was close to end of life. All good. Unit failed a month later and Efficient Air came out late on a Friday and replaced the motor on the Heat Pump. We were considering complete replacement since it was an old unit, so Efficient offered us 30 days to return the replacement motor at NO charge (~$700) if we decided to replace our entire A/C as we desired and they quoted. We made the switch and they performed professionally. We're very happy with their service and how they've dealt with us as a customer.

Description of Work: Efficient Air came out for routine maintenance of our 2 AC units in May. Fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend. Was so impressed, we called them back last week when one of our units stopped working. The problem turned out to be a failed compressor. The technician had the part in his truck and got our house cool again in no time. A lot of our neighbors have had to wait for DAYS when their AC went out. We waited a few hours. Great company, great service.

Efficient came the morning after I called, had estimates for me immediately (with four different options), and came the next day - a Saturday - to install the new unit. They were very punctual, professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We had major work done on our upstairs A/C system. Because of problems that we did not know about caused by poor work by the original builder, we had a new Carrier 3-ton condenser installed, along with new evaporator coil, gas furnace blower, rebuilt plenum, upgrades to ductwork, new thermostat, and I'm sure a couple of other details I don't recall at the moment. It was a long, hot, messy, detailed job, in a tight space, and both our sales contact, Darwin, and our A/C technicians, Tony and Miguel, were patient, responsive, professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. Efficient Air also helped with my Carrier rebate, a PEC rebate, and 36 month interest free financing. I've already recommended Darwin Tanksley and Efficient Air to a number of neighbors. I would call them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: We used an Angie's List deal for two hours of electrical work. They were very skilled, nice and professional, however the mark-ups on the parts were significant. My husband had just bought some of the parts (bolts etc.) they used days earlier and was taken back by how much they exceeded what he paid for them.

Description of Work: a whole house surge protector was installed. I have used Efficient air Conditioning and Electric before so chose them to do this work. THey performd well and I did use an Angie's List promotional price. They are coming back to do some additional work. I do recommend them.

Description of Work: installed GFCIs,added a plug repaired plugs in living room. It went well, very nice to work with. He had to get into a very tight attic, which was not much fun! He is even willing to come back to do some more work.
