He was flexible in scheduling when I decided to add to the task list and helpful with providing information on materials I needed to purchase.

Description of Work: They were very helpful and got the system running again, but I requested a follow up about replacing my system, and they never contacted me to schedule that appointment. When I called to try to get the quote on replacing the unit, I was told they would call back but never received any information. Disappointing. They could have potentially had my business for replacing the system.

Description of Work: I selected the Angies List deal for a Handyman for 2 hours. Since one of the tasks was to replace eye ball lights in a vaulted ceiling, they recommended two men for one hour. This was acceptable for me. The two completed all my tasks within that hour. They used drop cloths where needed and left everything spotless. As indicated above, they were very professional, friendly, informative and I fully intend to use this company in the future.

Description of Work: They replaced two chandeliers. One in two-story entry way and other in dining room. I was very impressed. They came the day before the appointment to measure the height of the stairwell so that they could bring the correct ladder. They were neat, professional and dog friendly. They took away the old chandeliers and left everything spic and span!

However, I later found out that this company offered free diagnostics if you go to their web site. | |The company would not provide a time window for the technician's visit. They only offered to give me a 30 minute notice which was really only a 5 minute notice before they arrived. | |The work the techs did seemed reasonably good and proper.

Description of Work: While we had a wee bit of trouble scheduling a date with sufficient time to do my job (fixing outdoor lighting and hanging pendant lights) the electricians were prompt, clean, extremely polite and communicative. They went out of their way to do a quality job, even coming back to finish up when they discovered they did not have a needed part.

Description of Work: Nice service visit. The technician was very nice and fixed our a/c very quickly. He was obviously very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. This job was done through a pre-paid Angie's List offer.
