Many times, when a provider comes on a promotional deal, they "find" lots of other things wrong. Not this time. The work was performed for the price paid. Great service.

I am a mechanical engineer and asked a lot of questions about my system ? Marty and the other guy (can?t remember his name) knew their stuff? they did a great job. They also evaluated my system and confirmed my suspicions that the system was originally installed incorrectly by home builder - they gave me a fair price quote to correct the system. i will be calling them back out again for my next job

He was very nice and friendly. Did not find a problem with the AC,which was good. He came in the house and gave me some suggestions on what to do the celing vents. . I expected at least to clean the outside AC unit coils. All he needed to do was turn the water on and spray the area. I think this is very basic on checking out AC. Since he did not do that, I wonder about the other stuff.

Darwin came out to give me an estimate for a complete install. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything i didn't want, just what i needed. I scheduled the install two days later and the guys arrived on time and very efficiently replaced both the outside and inside units in my condo. They were out of there in about four hours. They were clean courteous and did a great job. I was very pleased and highly recommend Efficient Air Conditioning.

This company by far stood by there name EFFICIENT! Not only were they efficient, but also very informative and kind. You could tell they really care about their customers and helping them understand every aspect of their system and what needs to be done. Not only did Ernest explain in detail the system and the issues, but he took a videos on his phone of they system in the attic and went over it step by step making it easy for me (a housewife) to understand everything. In the end I felt like I was getting a great deal and was well aware of an AC problem we had been having for a while and because of this was able to make a well informed decision to proceed forward with a truly great company. After this service was provided I requested Darwin, a specialist to come out for a free full estimate on a rework on our upstairs system. I was easily able to make an appt. for 2 days later. He was prompt, informative and kind, giving us what I know is a great deal. I have never been quite so pleased with a repair company.

ACs always break on Fridays. :-) AC was not blowing cold air. Replaced my 16 year old condensor (which I knew needed replacement). Service was timely, professional. They came the same day. My AC has been working awesome!!! I would use them again!

I could not recommend any firm any higher than Efficient Air Conditioning. From the initial contact from Michelle who was exceptionally professional, cordial and efficient to the sevice manager, Dustin, and to last but not least, Adam, my technician, this was an outstanding experience. Adam was extremely thorough in inspecting the attic units, the outside condensers and the filter return system. All operating pressures, temperatures and contractors were checked and explained to me. As it turned out, my units were operating great and did not require any repairs or additional coolant. As an everyday consumer, you so often see investigative reporters showcasing shady repair types and have great fear of finding a professional firm......well through Angie's List, I found a super one!!! I would trust Adam and Efficient Air Conditioning with a blank check. They are awesome.

The tech called before arriving, with an estimate of arrival time. He was 5 min. early. We both agreed on what his job was. He performed his work more complete than I expected and experienced in previous work by other companies and explained the readings he was finding and why some were a little low and whether there was any urgency in correcting them. He showed me and explained how he could detect that the cooling coils were quite dirty. He complimented me on my obvious preventative maintenance like changing the filter often and treating the water pan with Clorox monthly to prevent mold build up in the drain. He also said that there was adequate ventilation space around the condenser and the cooling fins were pretty clean and not bent up. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them in the future.

Adam and Benjamin arrived almost on time, apologized for heavy traffic. They immediately got to work, performed a thorough check, closed everything up, explained the receipt and left after about an hour. They were very professional and knowledagble.

Unit stopped cooling during the night of August 12/13th. Purchased the $77 21-point tune-up and inspection on Angie's list and then called Efficient Air Conditioning and explained that I was a first time customer whose air conditioner was not cooling. In response to my inquiry, the young lady told me that they could service my unit within a few hours. Ernest and Mardi called in advance and then arrived as agreed. They were very professional, explained everything, and answered all my questions. They soon had the unit cooling again and then were careful to spend several minutes (much of it in a very hot attic) making certain everything was as it should be. Definitely would use them again; would like to have the same technicians.

Very prompt service - arrived on time, introduced self - told me exactly what he would do and gave me a full report with recommendations for future service. No extra charges. Great deal.

It went great. They arrived when they were supposed to, early actually. I ask a lot of questions and watched what he was doing which he was ok with it. I talked to him afterward and was very gracious and he actually did more than that 21 point inspection. Over all it went very well. I actually referred him to someone else as well

Ernest arrived a little early after calling to say he was ahead of schedule. He was neat, nice, and professional. He checked both parts of the AC unit -- inside and outside and explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for. He answered all of my questions. Luckily, my unit is in good shape, save for a capacitor that needed replacement. He had a part of the truck, so instead of having to do another service call, he was able to do the work now. Great customer service! Good warranties on parts and labor! He even listened to me prattle on about my chickens. I will definitely use Efficient AC again, should the need arise.

They were here about an hour. Complete check of the air condition and furnace cleaned and combed the air coils and added1 pound eleven ounces of 410a. They left everything in good order and didn't waste any time. They gave me a very good work order showing all info on my units and complete list of system vital signs.
