Technician was on time, professional, polite and speedy with the repairs.

They were great. Scheduling was easy and they showed up when promised. Performed the work very quickly. I would use their services again without hesitation.

Both service men were very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very affordable. In the future I will be calling for additional work to be done. i will be recommending this company to anyone who needs any electrical or plumbing work done.

Eddie was amazing. I called him ahead of time to get some advice on an issue. I couldn't resolve it so he came out and after a couple questions realized a simple goof I made while installing new shower hardware that had nothing to do with the water heater. No repairs needed. Him and his crew were very helpful for advice and I was extremely surprised and happy that he didn't charge me for the visit. Will definitely call them later if I end up with a "real" issue.

Robert Whitaker estimated the work to be done, clearly lining up the various options. Then he carried out the job punctually and very professionally. I also opted to take a service contract with Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing for the 3 HVAC units. It seems a good deal, and when I saw what Robert did to the systems I was glad that I took the service agreement.

They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly (it was a father and son) and they completed the work without any issues and left the bathroom area probably cleaner then when they arrived. We will definitely use them again for all future plumbing issues.

The switch problem was diagnosed promptly and a new switch plugged in. Also took the time to adjust some wires at the junction box to make it safer. Need new electrical panel installed so asked for an estimate. No estimate received. Called a week later and asked about the estimate. Still no estimate.

Happy with services provided. I was pleased with whole process. Person who set up appointment was very friendly and took time to explain cost.

Went good. Intially it was wired on a regular light switch but when a notified them that it needed to be on switch by itself they were responsive in getting it taken care of. The technician was an absolute professional.

Turned out to be an easy fix than I envisioned

Ernest was professional in manner of interaction and communication.. He was proficient in skill and quickly determined the cause of the problem as well as repair of our air conditioner. We very much appreciated his work for us.

I left a message for emergency service. Within just a few minutes I received a call back from a tech that was in the area. He stopped by after he finished his previous service call and advised the cost of the service call.. I couldn't tell if the leak was from the roof, the a/c or a water pipe in the area. The senior tech, Robert, was able to figure out the water appeared to be coming down inside the furnace flue on the roof., into the heat exchanger frame, and leaking slowly out of the furnace heat exchanger. We had not had any problems during all the rain this summer until this afternoon when we had some horizontal rain from the strong wind. Robert was excellent and Efficient will be my first choice again if I ever need heating or a/c service.

Great! Refreshingly professional work ethic from the initial site visit to assess the scope of the work, the submission of the bid, on-going communication regarding scheduling of the work that required coordination with Austin Energy, and finally the actual work done.

The guy came next day, figured out the problem and fixed it.

I had lost power to a couple of electrical outlets and was unable to identify any tripped circuit breakers, so I consulted Angie's list for a reputable electrical service. The electrician was prompt and courteous, and was able to quickly identify the cause - a tripped ground fault interrupter in my garage. He promptly pressed the reset button, I was promptly charged $130. This, he explained, was their "minimum service charge", which they get for simply showing up (It would be nice if they would inform their customers of this policy before booking an appointment but they don't). I don't blame him - he was very apologetic and explained that this was his company's policy. However, charging someone $130 to literally push a button seems very self serving and unscrupulous to me, and is the reason I would not hire this company again. Note: I gave an "A" rating for "Professionalism". This is my assessment of the electrician, and is unrelated to the company's policy of overcharging customers. Update: I received a phone from the owner yesterday. He told me that I was unhappy with the payment situation and refunded a portion of the charge. He was courteous and understanding and the refund was sent promptly.

Robert stopped and fixed our A/C on his way home, saving us from a night at 86 degrees. : ) Price includes seasonal service.

Dallas called the morning of the appointment to confirm. He arrived on time, was quick, showed me the valves and talked through how it was different than the previous valve. He was very professional, asked if there were any other concerns, and explained they do AC, Electric and Plumbing. I will definitely call for any future work.

Arthur is a great tech nice and very professional. Dispatcher was short and to the point. (Not Michelle) Will ask for Arthur every time.

Benjamin showed up a little after I made the call. He fixed the issue, drained the pipe, and stayed around to make sure everything was fixed. I would hire again.
