Explained to me the type of installation I had. Was so pleased with how the appointment went, that I purchased an annual service contract.

They put in a whole new system for us and they were terrific! Darwin Tanksley is a great contact if you have any questions on getting a new system or just need some work done.

Nothing much, they just came up, left the papers. Just the usual air conditional and heating services. There was really no problem. The price was really good though.

I had gotten an estimate for installation of a 30 amp outlet for my travel trailer in 12-2013 when I purchased the Big Deal to upgrade my electrical panel, and I was ready to have the work performed. The company promptly contacted me, and the work was done today. The estimate provided in 12-2013 was honored although the individual who gave it to me was no longer with the company. David came today and took care of everything, making sure I understood what was needed and how the work would be performed, including where the outlet would be located. He installed the 30 amp outlet, and it works beautifully!

Arrived right on time and was very friendly. Made a few recommendations after the inspections, and no pressure to follow through. Made repairs quickly. Will definitely use again!

I was extremely pleased with their level of service. They checked both the outside unit and the attic unit. They even offered to replace my air filters! They explained the work afterwards (everything was okay, outside unit placement was good). I'll definitely call them the next time I have an issue.

The service was fine. They were quick, efficient, and the price was fair. He was supposed to call back in two days but they forgot about me. I had to call them, but they came on time for the appointment.

Our experience was excellent. We had a female technician come out and she was very good and thorough. It was a great experience and we even did follow up service with them.

We had an outlet in the chimney that was not working. It ended up being a pretty complicated job, since it turned out things were rewired incorrectly (it's an older house we just moved into). The tech David had to go up in the attic and rewire everything. He was very knowledgeable and got it done quickly and effectively. It ended up being $30 for parts on top of the Angie's List deal we bought, which I thought was very reasonable. There was also time for him to label our braker box. The company was very responsive and David was really great and flexible. Very happy with them and will use them again.

Ernest arrived promptly, and was extremely polite and professional. He checked the furnace, thermostat, filters and condenser. Ernest asked me many questions and disclosed what was found, or not, so I was kept well informed. He also gave me a few tips re the filters and the thermostat. Upon completion of each task, he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use them again.

Called and was told a service technician was in my area and would show up as soon as he completed his last call. About an hour later Ernest called and was at my front door! I explained the situation, he crawled up into the attic and immediately discovered the problem! A switch was inadvertently turned off and he showed me where it was and also inspected the unit while he was up there.

Got an appointment within 2 days after purchasing the deal. The service tech, Adam, called me an hour before he anticipated arrival and got here in slightly less time. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Explained everything he was doing and why. Answered all my questions. Very positive experience. I will use Efficient again and request Adam.

The folks from Efficient Air Conditioning did a great job installing a ceiling fan on my back patio! The wiring was a bit tricky, because my house is insulated with rigid foam, with fire barriers between the studs, but they worked through the issues quickly. They were very courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. I'll definitely use them again for electrical work.

I purchased a 2 hour service deal from "Angie's Big Deal" offers. James came out at the time scheduled, but found he needed an additional part. Instead of running to get the part on our time our time, he offered to reschedule for the next day and pick up the part on his time. David came out the next day and installed the light fixture in an hour and offered to complete any other jobs in the 2nd hour. David did a great job and I have already recommended Efficient to other family members.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for 2 hours of electrical for $99. The folks at Efficient called my promptly to set up a date, then their electrician called me ahead of time to confirm when he would arrive. When he got there, he got a lot done in 2 hours, particularly since the bathroom vent fan replacement involved crawling into a tiny attic space that was clearly designed for squirrels and not humans. He told me each time he encountered something odd (which was everything in a 1950s house) and exactly what he was doing -- including fixing wiring issues that he found while replacing a kitchen outlet. I was really happy with the work and their professionalism.

Great, no problems whatsoever. I'd call them again.

Wonderful. David and Mardi came out for this job. A previous electrician had wired the fan box in the first room incorrectly and said the second room couldn't be done due to poor attic access. David figured out the wiring problem in the first room quickly, then found a great solution to get wiring and a ceiling fan box installed in the second room. The wiring required cutting a few holes in the wall but David was sure to explain it beforehand so I could choose whether or not to proceed. While crawling around in the very shallow attic space, a furnace air line got damaged. David told me about it and his office was able to send an AC technician to patch it right up a few days later.

The service was exceptional. Ben, the technician, was extremely professional and friendly. He inspected everything, tested efficiency levels, cleaned the coils, and provided suggestions on filters and future use. I am completely satisfied.

David Bormemann (?) and Marty were great. Very friendly people, got right to work addressing the requested issues. When finished, realizing I had paid for 15 more minutes, they asked for additional work. Very impressed and if in need of air conditioning services, I will definitely give them a call.
