Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing

Everything went fine with them. It was hard to get the service setup with them. They sent one person out to do the job.

They are amazing. They also re-did some of the PVC piping as it was not done right when it was first put in. We made only one payment with them and they came out on 4 different occasions. They would even come late on Fridays and stay late to make sure the job was done. The technician was very nice. We will definitely use them again.

The electrician was knowledgeable and showed me several sub-code issues before he installed the devices. Everything has worked beautifully since the installation. The only tiny issue I had was the cleanup after the work. The boxes and filling were left strewn all over the place. However, cleanup was a small price to pay for the excellent work.

1st Visit - visit around September 12th. I live in a condo complex so I was at work. The AC man showed up with in 15 minutes called me to tell me he discovered the problem and has already fixed it. When I get home from work my AC unit still does not work. As it was obvious with my unit at roughly 85-90 degrees. So I call them up the next day. 2nd Visit - visit around September 15th. I am told it is a simple blown transformer. 4 transformers and 5 hours later still no real solution. In the mean time I am told that my wiring is backwards and everything in the complex is mislabeled but we have it fixed...~5 days later my AC unit is dripping water like it is a leaky faucet so I call them again. 3rd visit - visit around September 22nd. I am told that my AC unit has a leak in it and that they will come back in 2 weeks. First off that is way to long to tell a customer to wait to follow up on an AC unit fix, in Texas. I was also told that it was probably a bad coil or something so that would be a minimum $2,000 repair. Well 3 days later my AC is obviously not working since it is back to 85 degrees in my place. So I call them again they proceed to tell me they wont come out until the 2 weeks are up until i get across to them that my AC just doesn't work. 4th visit - visit around October 3rd. I am told that my AC unit has a jammed HEAT to AC converter switch, which was not my problem when they started working on my AC unit. Now my unit will not even make cold air and only outputs heat. They told me they would get back to me the next day with a quote because they had to look up the part and get back to me, but that the fix would be minimum $2,500 repair ( a new unit costs ~$4000). To this day, I still have not gotten a quote from them like they said they would do. Long story short they were very friendly and nice but don't care to actually fix the problem/issue. And boy do they take their sweet ole time, never in a hurry. I would not recommend this company to anyone. UPDATE December 2014 The nerve of this place... after never fixing my Air conditioning problem and never officially coming back to my house to check for the die leak they tell me I have an outstanding bill that i never paid... yet they have my credit card on file. After poor explanations I just want out of dealing with this company so i tell them whatever just charge me. They call me back later and leave a message telling me the card got declined and I need to call in and pay. I went online to check my credit card, cause it should not have been declined and low and behold my credit card says it is processing a charge from this company, another lie from them. I haven't heard since the other day so that means they got their money, what a deceitful company. Best part is they were surprised when they found out I despise them and think they have an apocryphal reputation. They responded with may we ask why? Seriously... you took ~1,000 dollars from me and never fixed my issue, in fact made my AC officially not work and after every visit my issue seemed to worsen. Oh an I never got the same technician so I always had to re-describe what the situation was with my unit, that got annoying after the 2nd visit.

It turned out great. They were on time, helpful, and their follow up was great. I would recommend them to anybody and I was very pleased with them. They were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. They got the job done in one day and the cleanup was excellent.

They were great. I am going to use again for future work. The scheduling was very easy and they were very responsive and came out exactly when we needed them to. The electrician was very courteous and knew exactly what he was talking about and was easy to communicate with.

The electrician was excellent and really explained things to me. They did what we wanted and gave us alternatives and was thorough. They got the job done in about 6 hours total over a couple of days. The cleanup was very good.

They were fantastic. He was so sweet and was only at the house for 30 minutes. He said to call him back the next time since he did not do much work for me this time. James was very polite and really knew his stuff. They were very good and I will definitely be calling them if I need any electrical work.

We bought the two hours for $99 deal. Daniel was wonderful to work with. He hit the door running and worked ceaselessly for the entire two hours. His quality of work was excellent and I will definitely ask for him on our next job!

I bought 2 hours of electrical work for $99. When I called to make the appointment I told them I needed a chandelier installed on a very high ceiling. I had to wait over a month for the appointment. The tech called on the way to my house and I asked if he brought his really tall ladder and he said they hadn't gotten it in yet and I should call back to reschedule. I called and they said they would call me when it came in. They never did. When I called them back they said they had to return the ladder and couldn't do the job. They gave me my money back but I waited two months and never got my chandelier hung. What kind of electrician doesn't have a tall ladder??

They're very prompt. I told them that we were a little frighten by the noise that was being made and they couldn't see us until I said that we were leaving and they said that they're sending somebody right out.

Everything was spot on, I already had the outlets and everything bought ready to go, but the technician was able to save me a bunch of money by using off the shelf parts from his truck, very informative and detailed..

David was fantastic. He showed up early for the appointment, and then waited for me to come home from dropping my son at school. He completed the job quickly and perfectly, and was so nice and pleasant. He even called later in the evening to make sure I was happy with the job! I will definitely call him again soon.

It was great. We had several small jobs, so the deal was right for us. He cheerfully completed all we asked him to do in two hours.

Scheduled appt., met on time, and they were to get back with me to provide a quote. 4 days later I still did not have a quote and contacted the company. They said that they had not provided a quote because they were waiting on quotes from their vendors. If they do this for a living- wouldn't they know their prices? Including their vendors? They are supposed to provide that information. I scheduled other companies In the meantime and they provided a bid after viewing the property or within 24 hours. Itemized and in detail. Contacted them and told them I was using someone else & the reason why-In response to the email they just said good luck with the installation - no attempt was made to keep my business or explain the reason for the delay. I would suggest to be wary of these people- especially since they don't know their own prices upfront.

Great experience. Arrived on time, did a good job and provided us with information about our system and preventative maint. for it. will use them again.

David did a great job all around. He was prompt, pleasant and worked quickly. Before removing the porch ceiling fan, he tested it to make sure it couldn't be fixed. He found that the motor was dead in the old one, so went ahead and installed the new one. While determining if there was a wall switch to operate the fan independently from the light, he also tested the other wall switches to let me know what they were for. He was patient and explained it all as he worked. He then changed out one of the bathroom light fixtures. The other was not in yet, so I already knew he would need to make a second trip to install it. David took down the old dining room fixture and moved it to the breakfast room after taking down that fixture. When David attempted to install the new dining room fixture, he found that a part was missing, so that had to be delayed for the second trip too. On the second trip, he put up the dining room fixture, the second bathroom fixture and then good-naturedly changed out the breakfast room fixture (again) with another one that I had decided I liked better! When all was completed, he climbed into my attic, so that he could give me an estimate of the cost to install a new outdoor light. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any electrical work we need done.

I can't remember the exact cost that I paid, but they were running a special that I took advantage of. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and thorough. Would absolutely hire them again for any a/c or heating needs.
