Called and showed up ahead of the planned time. Worked efficiently and installed two track lights in our living room. A project we started by ourselves and failed at completing.

They were excellent. They were very good and I was very happy. They saved me a lot of money. I would use them again. There were additional fees for the Freon. They were very efficient and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

I converted my garage and wanted to know if I could run a new AC line from the main plenum or if I needed to cool the additional square footage with a wall unit. I paid the 69 dollar fee and the service guys came out after we got some communication issues resolved. The guys were ontime and polite. My issue is with their pricing and service in regards to AC only, I had them out for electrical work and was very happy with the work performed. The main technician refused to go up into the attic to actually look at the plenum and see if there was enough room to add a duct because he didn't want to get dirty. So I paid these guys to come out and go into my attic and tell me whether I could add the AC line and how much it would cost and he refused to actually go look at the foam box coming out of the AC cabinet to see if there was enough space to cut in another line. He did however quote me a 2800 dollar price without even checking to see if it could be done. So in other words I literally paid them 70 dollars to do something that they could have done over the phone. I told them how long the run was I was paying them to go check the plenum for room and to do a BTU calculation on the unit, BOTH OF WHICH THEY DID NOT DO!!! On top of that their pricing for AC work is insane, I have shopped around before trying these guys and the only reason I paid the fee and tried them is I was so happy with the electrical work they did. They're AC prices are ridiculous though, this company wanted 2800 dollars to run ONE 9" line approx 30ft. For those of you not in the know that is literally a few hours worth or work. You have to cut a 9" round hole in the plenum and a 6" box into the sheetrock of the roof the line's being terminating in. Then you attach everything and hang the ducting from supports every few feet, not exactly rocket science I just don't like crawling in my attic anymore. So to recap I paid them to perform a task they refused to complete then they tried to get me to pay more than 4 times the other quote I received, 600 dollars and I thought that was high too, to do the work they weren't even sure they could do. Maybe try someone else, but that's just my advice.

Called this morning at 8:30 and they had two technicians at my house by 1:00pm. Had issue with lights inside and security lights outside dimming every time the a/c unit came on. Needed to make sure the issue was not electrical and the technicians did a thorough job and gave suggestions on the next steps to take to get this issue corrected.

The guys showed up on time and were really great. They answered all my questions and I was very happy with all the work

thseemed to go ok at first, representative showed up , only slightly late for scheduled appointment. he viewed and discussed scope of work and stated he would compile a materials list and get back with me the next day. that was over a week ago, despite a couple of attempts to recontact i have gotten no response other than another statement that they would get right back to me. a red flag in my opinion , imagine if i had agreed on a service contract and given money, not communicating intentions honestly, leads to unmet expectations.

Ben was professional, personable and so very nice. He showed up after hours with only a $15.00 upcharge and worked his a** off in the dark after killing several wasp nests that had taken up residence in our A/C unit. He was also able to deal with a specific electrical issue going on inside the house in addition to our other problems. My crazy protective dog, who wants to eat the face off every service person who's ever been on the property, thought Ben was a really good guy. First time she's ever liked anyone. This guy was quietly brilliant, very competent, hard working, honest and highly capable. And no rapey vibes. Would highly recommend and plan on using these folks again in the future. Major kudos to the company from a first time client. P.S. Give Ben a raise. He's pretty awesome.

Ian was delayed because some of the supplies he went to pick up were not ready as expected. Ian was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and efficient. We purchased a $139 for 2 hours deal, and while he worked a little bit longer than 2 hours, all he charged us for were the parts he had to get at Home Depot. We would definitely recommend Efficient to our friends, and in fact we already have.

plThe electrician was prompt courteous and careful. He removed an old ceiling exhaust fan and replaced it with a new, larger one. This required cutting into drywall, but the electrician was careful to cover things with plastic and close bathroom doors while he was cutting. The job went smoothly and the new ceiling exhaust fan works well.

I called Efficient in the late morning and they responded early that afternoon. We scheduled a diagnostic appointment for the next day. Tony, the technician, and a helper spent 1 hour diagnosing the problem with a heat pump. They were very professional and arrived on time. They examined the entire system and methodically eliminated possible causes of the problem. They went out of their way to answer all my questions. At the end of their diagnosis they explicitly outlined the issues and described what was required to fix them. Their diagnostic time was covered by a $69.00 Angie's List coupon which saved me $6. Efficient ordered the part (reversing valve) and called me 2 days later to set up another appointment. Matt, the technician, arrived exactly on time. He removed the old part and installed the new one. The repair process was difficult because of access and took over 3 hours. He tested the system thoroughly in both the cooling and heating modes. Matt was very professional and courteous. He left the work area as clean as he found it. This is the 3rd time I have utilized Efficient Air Conditioning. After experiencing numerous encounters with other companies, I would never even consider going with another firm. While I have purchased 2 other heat pump systems from Efficient, the subject of the above repair was another brand. Efficient took care of the warranty paperwork and process and the whole experience was effortless for me. In summary, Efficient is the HVAC sales and service vendor of choice for me. I have no reason to look elsewhere.

Ian showed up early which is always a good thing, he was very careful with my wood floors, he laid a blanket down over my flooring as he installed my dining room light fixture, fixed my plugs that were not working right away, I paid the coupon price of $139.00 for 2 hours of service and not a penny more! Efficient Air Conditioning & Electric will be the company I will be using from now on for all my electric needs. I would recommend asking for Ian to perform your work if you use this company. Ian was great, very friendly, respectful & professional!

This company was very good. The electrician who did the work was prompt, communicative and professional. The work was done quickly and neatly. We were very pleased and will hire again when work needs to be done.

Our service provider was Ian and he was terrific. Friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Ian called ahead for directions and arrived on time. He installed an outdoor ceiling fan on our covered patio. Installed a ceiling fan in a guest bedroom and changed out 3 indoor hanging lights. I purchased an Angie's list deal, $139 for 2 hours and paid an additional $85 for another hour. Will definitely use Efficient Air Conditioning and Electric again. Thank you for providing great service. This was our first Angie's list experience.

Ian Kidd did a complete and competent job and offered options for various aspects of the work. Friendly and professional demeanor.

I hired them to add an external outside electrical outlet and install 3 security lights. I bought the 2 hour special and added an additional on-site hour. I pre-purchased the security lights and outside receptacle. The security lights already had an electrical light socket receptacle. Ian did a great job and cleaned up all of the mess. He was very professional, courteous.

Bought Angie's List coupon for 2 hours of electrical work for $139. That amounted to the first hour being free. He arrived an hour early which I was delighted with, and began work immediately. It took the 2 hours to exchange 2 light fixtures which were complicated by the fact that the new ones were square and required adjusting of the wiring in the ceiling to hang in unison with each other. I appreciated his extra effort to ensure the finished result looked even. The next two hours were for a new light switch for the 3rd installed fixture which he did. My biggest concern was him going into the attic and disturbing newly laid insulation to accomplish this, but he said he always puts insulation back where it was. I wanted to donate the replaced fixtures and bulbs, as they were new, to Re-Store/Goodwill and he offered to take them there for me. Very much appreciated. Clean up was done and everything was explained to me as he went along. I highly recommend the electrical service from this company.

Ian and his co-worker Colton (I think that was his name) did a very nice job. They worked quickly and were also very patient with my questions. We also discussed future work we want done and we will definitely be calling them back when we are ready.
