Description of Work: Nothing. This provider was recommended by a friend to help design back yard landscaping which included relocating irrigation system, flagstone patio and xeriscape. We were budgeting 15k - not a small job. The rep came out to look at the area and said they would get back to me with recommendations. We'll that was over 2 months ago. I did text the rep after 2 weeks and he didn't remember coming out. I know I wasn't imagining it so I sent him a detail list of all we talked about. Still nothing! I am glad we didn't get further into the project especially after a deposit because I believe it would have been a nightmare getting the project done. They obviously don't care - stay away

Description of Work: The installers made major mistakes when installing my sprinkler system. During the six months following installation I was forced to call the company to fix leaks and one major installation mistake, which resulted in a water bill in excess of $600. I had to call the company to fix the problems, which they did, until the last leak resulting in the $600 water bill. I was forced to call the BBB. They made good on the requested reimbursement, however, the president of the company was abusive and beligerent in his correspondence to me. I was taken aback on his e-mail responses. He called me a liar and stated he would no longer work on my sprinkler system--even though I had a 5 year warranty. Of course, I had to call the company again after he made this threat. I didn't want to void my warranty by having someone else work on sprinklers, soI was forced to call the company again. The president, Adam B., stated he would have to charge me $125 to respond to this call, so I had no choice but to have them fix the problem. I am pretty sure this amount was absurdly high. Bottom line is I would never recommend this company to anyone only because of the abusive nature of the president. When I spoke the administrative assistant at the company, she inferred that she was constantly mitigating problems between the owner of the company and customers. I guess this must be how Texans treat customers!
