Luke came out on the hot water problem and sorted out in 15 minutes. I then asked him to quote on a tub replacement. Luke has been great at getting it done and he's doing a good job of it.

The technician said that it would be 353.00 to diagnose and repair. We were thinking that he might have to get into the wall to replace the pipe or a pressure valve. It took him 30 minutes. He replaced a washer and left a note on the invoice that a bolt was missing and it had been missing when he arrived. We inquire about the costly bill and the small amount of time require to attach a washer. When I went to pay the bill the evening of the repair the company sent a text threatening to send the bill to collections. They gave us a 60 dollar Angies List cupon so that the bill was only 293. They said there was no fee for coming out so the charge for a washer and 30-45 minutes of work was 293.00 which seems like a gouged price. We are very disappointed with the companies ethics and will report this to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
