+ -1 moreDo not use their products or services. 3 years ago we used EconoBox. The products were well priced, well sorted, and of good quality. The staff was helpful and courteous. None of these facts are true today. The name changed to EcoBox. They have closed locations. Everything is over priced and of moderate quality. The staff is curt and spends time on cell phones instead of interfacing with customers. The worst change is what they pay for returned product. A total rip off. They are for profit and it shows. Their refunds are less than 5% of purchase price. They no longer reuse packing material except peanuts. Not worth the gas or effort.
Description of Work: Sell new and used packing materials for private moving. Promote. Themselves as a Eco friendly business.
