East Austin Carpenters

He showed up for the consultation and I was getting my baby muffin down for his nap. I took 8 minutes to return his phone call. He had left after only calling once/did not text?I have a sign on my door asking not to knock, so I actually did not have any idea he had called until I called asking if he was going to show up. I asked at 12:08 if he could come back because I had planned with my nanny to go into work two hours late that day so I could be home to plan the work I needed done. He would not come back but was angry because he said it took him 3 hours to come to my house and in order to come back I would need to "pay him for his time" and pay a $100 consult. I also live 10 minutes or less from East Austin... This sort of attitude is very unreasonable, and considering I went two hours out of my way to meet at a time he requested, refusing to come back after 8 minutes unless I paid him $100 for his time was very rude. I can not imagine what additional problems would of occurred by hiring this person, so it is best to find one of the other many carpenters in Austin. I had also planned on him doing a job that would of cost me over $2,000, so asking for $100 because a mother was nursing a baby is highly inconsiderate.
