A good company should have the courtesy to let you know if they don't want your business. I'd been having a hard time finding a company for mold remediation and initially had high hopes after the consultation. I was told I'd receive my quote the following day (Saturday), but it never came. I spoke to Alex on Monday saying I'd make a hiring decision on Friday and he said it'd be in by the end of the day. After no reply from a Wednesday email and call on Thursday, I gave up. Repair work is stressful enough, I don't recommend adding this contractor to your list.
Description of Work: Gave an inspection for mold remediation but Alex turned out to be just another flakey contractor.
