+ -1 moreI requested a service visit on Nov 15 after experiencing a AC outage which was due to an on-going leak problem. Unlike the other two (2) local HVAC contractors- Bryan Dunn did a full diagnostic on the system and identified the source of the leak , repaired and recharged the System (In that order)I was very impressed by his professionalism, AC problemsolving knowledge and skill. It was more important that the was problem solved rather than the practice offered by two much larger Austin AC/Heating companies that sent out trainees operating on a sales quota. The lesson learn from my prior experiences is just because some HVAC companies advertise on TV .................doesn't make them a quality company. Dunn HVAC is a quality and values based company ...........and for that reason,I also purchased a HVAC Maintenance Agreement For background Dunn HVAC (Bryan Dunn) came recommended to me by my Executive Assistant who knew of the on-going AC issues.As usual, she knew exactly who to call.Based upon my personal experience, I recommend this HVAC Contractor without reservation.
