DUHON ELECTRIC

Description of Work: No services preformed. Called on Friday around 10 am. Phone rang a enough times that I expected to get an answering machine. However, someone answered, still don't know who it was. I had to ask if it was Duhon electircal because they just answered the phone "hello." When he replied yes, I then had to tell him I wanted to make an appt. He didn't have his schedule book with him and told me he would call me later which he never did.

Description of Work: We were having trouble with our A/C and had someone out to repair it. We spent $1000 with that guy, only for the problem not to be solved. He came back and said it was electrical. Damian (Duhon) came out and said it was not an electrical problem, updated a breaker and helped figure out the problem. He didn't charge me a dime! Wow! Great help!

Description of Work: They came to troubleshoot the issue with one of the outlets underneath our kitchen sink that was working. After examining the outlet, they determined there was an issue with the switches in the breakers to our dishwasher and garbage disposal. They also changed out the light at the entry way of our house which is 20+ feet in the air. After finishing the work inside the house, I had to let them know that I had to leave the house for an unexpected family medical emergency. Since the only work left was outside, they were fine with that and charged me a very reasonable amount. In addition, even though I had bought a light bulb at a hardware store, they installed one they had which could handle up to 130 volts instead of the normal 120 volts in order to prevent the bulb from going out due to an unexpected surge. They were very professional and I will definitely use them again for any electrical issues that we may have in the future.

Description of Work: Covered two open junction boxes, rewired cook top correctly, fixed exhaust fan, and wired the receptacle as three way switch was broken.
