The service was impeccable! The provider phoned ahead of his expected arrival time to confirm the appointment and arrived on-time. He was extremely professional and thorough. He showed his expertise in dryer venalation. We talked through his findings through each step of his inspection and he sought our approval before completing any work. He had the engineering expertise to rebuild our entire venalation system and ensured it complied with Texas code. The cost of service we provided was just for the dryer vent service. There is a standard diagnostic inspection fee prior to completing any work; however, the price was fair and well worth the cost. The result was better dryer performance (faster drying clothes) and outstanding air quality in our home. THANK YOU BOB!

Bob Bryfogle did a great job. He was extremely thorough in explaining the job and in executing all the agreed upon work. I appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. The cost was a bit more than I expected, the basic vent cleaning was as quoted, but I hadn't counted on the additional work and replacement of various parts. Nonetheless, I think that in the end it was worth every penny and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Bob Bryfogle had excellent response time to my contact; made an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and spent a good part of the day searching down the exterior vent in a 30-year-old condo, and then cleanied it from mulch, animal droppings, and probably 30 years of lint, all with a good, friendly attitude. Each item that was charged was not so pricey, but adding them all up is what made the bill larger than the "specials' one might see from other companies. Our dryer now dries a good-sized load in an hour on medium instead of 3 1/2 or more on high. I think he prevented a fire and will cause our electricity bill to be lower. For those reasons i was glad to pay for his services and the add-ons. And we enjoyed his friendly attitude.

This was my first time to use an Angie's List service provider. Bob did not disappoint. His service was excellent. He showed up on time & he thoroughly inspected the dryer. After inspection, he discussed and gave me a written list of options of how he could clean and repair the dryer. Next to each option he included the price for the service. His process to inspect and quote a price for his services was very clear, which I like. I asked him to do everything on the list and as a result my dryer works very well! Incidentally, I purchased the dryer from Sears and Sears serviced my dryer 6 months ago. After the Sears service visit, my dryer was loud and drying less efficiently. Bob at Dryer Vent Wizard cleaned my dryer, vent system, made a few needed repairs, and as a result I feel like I have a new dryer. What a pleasure it is to finally receive competent service from a provider.

Bob did great work. He took care of my issue explained exactly what was going on and the safety issues with each. He took pictures and showed me what he recommended I get repaired. Once he started the work he completed it in a timely manner. Explained how he tested the work he completed and documented on receipt. He also dusted off and wiped down the washer and dryer. Might seem like a small thing but its always good when people go out of their way for there customers. I would recommend them again and will use them again if I have issues in the future.

Bob came on time, calling before he arrived. We explained that laundry was not drying in the dryer and we asked him to evaluate the problem. We could see lint on the roof vent. Once we agreed on what he would do and the price, he went straight to work and did not stop until he was through.

I called Dryer Vent Wizard to explain that a small leak in my living room ceiling had developed and that I suspected it might be a blocked dryer vent line, which was routed through the first floor ceiling of a tall two story house. I was told that a technician would be available in the morning and would call before coming. Bob Bryfogle called about 45 minutes before coming. He arrived promptly, at the expected time. After discussing the issue, he did an inspection and gave an estimate of the problem and solutions. After I agreed to the estimate, he cleaned the line. My dryer is located in a very small laundry room, with a very tight fit. The vent goes vertically up through a nine foot wall and then across about 28 feet through a first floor ceiling to a side wall exit. There was low airflow, a very wet line, and a long bird's nest blocking the exit. He cleaned the line from both ends, as the 90 degree angle was difficult to get past. He finished by using an outdoor-style blower to force any residual lint and moisture out of the line. I had him add a double louver vent cover replacement to help prevent any birds from re-entry. He also replaced old washing machine lines with 5' stainless steel braided lines. At my request, he also opened a front dryer panel and what we saw stunned us both. In a nine year old front load dryer, lint had accumulated for a depth of at least four inches. It was everywhere! He cleaned it thoroughly. Both of us were shocked. I had never cleaned that area, assuming that it was a closed system, and that only minor dust might have accumulated through the years. There were wires in that area that could have been a real fire hazard. He also pointed out a loose sound panel that I told him I would reattach or replace myself. The end result was an end to the ceiling leak, airflow improvement from 3.1 mph to 13.8 mph. No bird nest. No lint. Heat went from 81 df to 120 df. Clothes are drying faster than ever. No fire, no leaks, level machines, and quite an education. I don't think the vent had ever been cleaned in this 21 year old house. It was a pleasure to work with Bob. He is the type of professional you always hope you will get, but seldom do. I will definitely work with him on a regular basis to see that my vents are always maintained in the future.

Technician Bob called 30 minutes prior to arrival as I requested. Arrived on time and did efficient job of cleaning dryer vent and area behind dryer. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Company answers phone and schedules promptly.

Bob called on the morning of my appointment to confirm the time as well as let me know when he would arrive. I REALLY appreciated that! When Bob arrived he was easy to recognize (he wore a company shirt!) and gave me a business card. He went over what he was going to do and what kind of access he would need. Bob went to work inside and up on the roof. Once he completed his assessment he reviewed it with me and I decided what needed to be done. Bob completed the work within an hour. He was organized and helpful. He even a)cleaned behind my dryer ( a very nice surprise for me!) and b) re-hung the bicycle we had to move to get access to the attic. Bob was very customer focused and patient - willing to explain the whats and whys of his recommendation. I will definitely use Dryer Wizard again in the future and Bob is a fantastic representative for the company!

Bob came out, on time and gave an evaluation of the dryer vent...who knew there was so much to know about dryer vents? But Bob knows dryer vents and you will get educated and you will sleep better after he finishes with making sure your vents are safe. No kidding.... So he gave me 3 options for my terrible vent that was never installed correctly and was causing all kinds of serious problems. I chose the most expensive option because it was the best option for the house and for the longevity of the vent. Bob scheduled the work for a different day, on which he arrived on time, got right to work, did a fantastic job, cleaned everything up and I could not be more pleased. It did cost quite a bit but it had to be done so I bit the bullet. I felt totally confident that Bob did a great job and everything is safe and secure.

Service was great! We used an Angie's List deal. Bob did a pre and post cleaning measurement to show the improved airflow. He took time to explain everything he was doing. We did not feel pressured, but we were offered the option of having a safer vent tube installed for a modest fee and we chose to do so. We would definitely use this service again!

I was so impressed with this service. Bob was punctual, friendly, and professional. He explained each and every procedure with me, resolved my issue and left me feeling like I had received great service. There was an error in pricing regarding a coupon that I had used - I had no idea about the error and was so surprised to find 4 days later, a check in the mail for the difference in the coupon amount that had inadvertently been omitted. The serviceman recommended to re-route the dryer vent to be more efficient. It definitely made a huge difference in drying time. Should have done this a long time ago.
