Our dryer was taking two rounds to dry everything, even baby clothes, and seemed to be venting lint into the wall behind the dryer. We got a coupon for this company through Angie's List and had them come out. The representative was on time and while the service took longer than we were originally quoted, the serviceman was extremely thorough and got on the roof several times to ensure that our dryer vent was cleared and working properly. Our dryer now dries twice as quickly, and I'm not worried about a powder keg of lint building up in one of my walls. He also noticed that our washer was very precariously hooked up to the wall and took a couple of minutes to fix that, as well. Very friendly and thorough service - we liked them so much we signed up to have them come back every two years so we can avoid getting to this point again.

Bob called at the beginning of my 11-3 time window and told me when to expect him and he showed up right on time. He is very professional and cheerfully worked in the dark using a flashlight/spotlight as my laundry room light did not work. Unfortunately, my dryer did not start as soon as he came indicating that there was a problem with the dryer and not with the vent. He asked me if I still wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned and I told him to proceed as I had not had it cleaned since I had moved into the house and I have 2 dogs. He got the dryer working (for now) and he performed a diagnostic inspection on the vent, took pictures of each of the items in question and factually laid out what should be done and what did not need to be done. I did not experience the up-selling another reviewer has mentioned. I was given a variety of options and the end decision was mine. The price was worth the amount of work he had to do and I feel as if I got the better end of the deal.

Bob was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my system. I knew there were issues as installation had been done by a contractor whose work was not that good. He identified the problems, documented and explained them to me. He installed a new roof vent, closed the old one, cleaned the system and installed new and an improved dryer duct. I also purchased a limited guarantee. My dryer now needs only one cycle to dry clothes instead of two and is not overheating as before. The cost (at around $500 including the Groupon deal) was higher than I would have liked but not so high as to get me to seek a second quote.

Did a excellant job overall. Cleanned dryer vert outside & from inside. Cleaned the dryer (front load) lent trap really good. He took his time & did not give me a rush job, which I appreciated. I need to replace a vent on the outside by the air conditioner for the jacuzzie. Installation was good as he had to drill holes in concreete in order to install a varmit safe flapper, in which he suggested & I hadn't thought about. We also put the same vent on outside for dryer. Very pleased with this company

The whole experience was positive. The technician was prompt, courteous and very professional. He vacuumed up all dust/lint behind my dryer, cleaned dryer vent and dryer lint tray cavity. After the inspection, he stopped to take time to explain his recommendations and what they would cost; both were very reasonable. My favorite part is that he took pictures of my laundry room before doing any work to ensure he put things back just like he found them. Would definitely use him again!

After getting an outrageous quote to install a new vent system for my dryer, I called for a second opinion. I was very surprised at the amount of time and effort Bob took to assess the situation and come up with a plan. I have never had such a detail-oriented service person in my home. His engineering background was very apparent in the thoroughness of his design. As previously reported, he was very timely and showed me everything wrong with my current set up and kept me informed of everything he did to improve it. He even sent me a detailed email message and pictures afterwards to explain everything he did. It turned out to be an all-day job, in and out of a hot attic; therefore, I felt the price charged was reasonable. I would highly recommend this individual for any work related to dryer vent cleaning or installation.

When I moved into my house the previous owner had not properly setup the dryer ventilation correctly thus making it less efficient and left it exposed to animals and the elements. In addition I had a dryer hose which was unknowingly a fire hazard. Dealing with Bob (owner) was a pleasure. He arrived right on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed me all the issues with the current setup and the negative effects they had on safety and the performance of the dryer. He went through all the different options he had to make the dryer more efficient and engaged with me as to what would be best for our setup. He was very detailed in every aspect of the service. He even showed me what the airflow and air temperature was on my dryer prior to cleaning and altering the setup, and then showed me the vast improvement afterwards. Even if you have a good efficient dryer having a cleaned and efficiently setup dryer ventilation makes a huge difference. It's nice to now be able to dry and entire load in half an hour.
