It went very well! We could not have been more pleased with his thoroughness and professionalism. Bob is very pleasant and does a great job of explaining what needs to be done and answering any questions you may have. We scheduled the appointment via the office and although we were given a window of time he would be out to the house, Bob called on the day of the appointment to give us a more exact time. He showed up on time and got to work. The most amazing thing is our dryer is now so efficient thanks to his work! We went from zero airflow to 16.5mph! I would definitely use Bob for our vent cleaning again without hesitation. It was one of the best experiences with an Angie's List provider we have ever had!

Technician arrived on time; performed the service as promised; advised me on a few things-tips. I think this is a valuable service to keep your home safe. I will definitely use them again and would recommend highly!

The tech was punctual. The whole process was detailed, and he explained what he was doing as the morning progressed. The dryer was thoroughly cleaned - vent, mesh screen and below it, under the dryer. He recommended a non-foil hose connection, which I approved of replacing. The whole process took about 3 hours. Job well done!

After purchasing the Big Deal on Angie's list, I received an email from Bob Bryfogle which gave me a phone number to call to schedule the appointment. Because its a franchise, you have to schedule thru their main office and not thru Bob. No problems with the scheduling. Bob arrived on time. He did a very thorough inspection of my dryer vent and also did a cleaning. I had one of those flexible metal hoses on the dryer vent and Bob recommended it be replaced with a semi-rigid hose for safety reasons. He was not at all pushy in trying to sell me more services. I decided to go ahead and have him replace the hose. He was very pleasant to deal with and did a fine job. I would recommend him to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning

I was very impressed with how professional the Dryer Wizard was. My appointment was easy to set up & they e-mailed & called me to remind me of my appointment. On the day of, the tech was prompt, polite & neat. He did a very detailed job inspecting my dryer & vent. He cleaned my vent & connections up. He advised me to replace my washing machine connections as they were over 3 years old & I will probably do so soon. I would use the Dryer Wizard's services again.

Bob emailed me after I purchased the Deal from Angie's List to remind me to make an appointment. When I scheduled that appointment I was given a 4 hour window. Bob called me the morning of to give me a more exact time and was very punctual. He took the time to thoroughly inspect, explained everything, and then cleaned my vent. I have never had such a professional dryer vent cleaning before.

It was an excellent experience. I have a very unusual dryer vent which opent to garage instead of outside and he checked to see if at some time in past, there had been another vent through the attic. There was. So he checked to be sure that it had been sealed and that no air was coming in. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. (I also mailed in a review right after his visit.)

Our house was built in the 70s and the dryer is located on one side of the garage and the vent is on the opposite wall. It did not work at all and our clothes took forever to dry. Dryer Vent Wizard did a great job cleaning out the vent and installing a new animal-proof vent cover on the outside of the garage. The owner was responsive and helpful and gave us a fair deal on the additional work we requested. He tested the dryer temperature and velocity before and after the service to provide tangible proof of the work that he did. I would use them again without hesitation.

The reason I had the dryer vent cleaning/maintenance completed was because it was $75 Big Deal on Angie's List with the Angie's List coupon. I bought a new dyer about 5 years ago and had never had it cleaned. Bob Bryfogle came to clean it. I spent another $74.08 on a new foil dryer hose that is connected from the dryer to the outside vent. Bob also cleaned out the lent catcher cavity from the inside, on top of my dryer and checked the outside vent flap. He checked the airflow mph and the heat df before and after. I keep my lent catcher cleaned up every time I use it. So he didn't find much lent in the cavity. Would I do this again? If I didn't keep it clean, I would. But now, I know what to do and have a better dryer hose.

I took advantage of an Angie's Deal to do this service, so I saved about $75. We had some scheduling issues with the central scheduling service, so it took 3 tries before Bob actually made it to the house to perform the service. But, once he got here, he made up for that frustration. Bob was extremely thorough, listened to my concerns and explained the work he would be doing very carefully. He did find things that needed to be done beyond the original deal purchased. The original deal was inspection and cleaning. He then suggested he change the transition hose from the dryer to the outside vent and also change the hoses on my washer to a higher quality, longer lasting option. I agreed to both of those additions. He also listened to my concerns regarding my washing machine "walking" during its cycles, causing it to rub against the transition hose and create holes/leaks for lint to come out. He solution was ingenious and cheap and is working so far. He even had to go to the store to get longer hoses for the washer and did so at his suggestion and did not charge me extra for them or his time. Overall, it was a great experience. He was extremely thorough, very neat -- even cleaned the floor of my laundry room -- and took great pride in doing the work right the first time. I am very pleased and would use his services again.

This is an incredibly technical job! There are instruments which record the heat and speed of the air which come out of the dryer and come out of the vent through the roof. Because the vent tube itself is often hidden underneath layers of insulation in the attic, and sometimes have 90 degree turns in them, lint can get caught in these tubes.... I was impressed with Bob's technical expertise, his professionalism, and his attention to details. He is very knowledgeable and wants you to understand what he is doing and why.

Mr. Bryfogle arrived a few minutes before the appointment. Explained what he would be doing inside and out of the house. Explained what needed to be done and what my options were. Also explained pending repairs and the prices for each. Very efficient.
