Description of Work: Bob came to clean our dryer vent and install a new dryer vent cover. He started by doing his initial inspection and then took the time to explain the results thoroughly. He then cleaned the vent and installed the cover. When he was done, you couldn't tell he was there. He left everything so clean. The dryer vent cover install was also done very cleanly...a significant improvement over what the builder had done originally. I am recommending Bob to all my neighbors. You might be able to get the work done cheaper, but you definitely won't get it done better.

Description of Work: This was by far my best experience with a vendor. I purchased the Angie's List special (get $150 worth of services for $75). After I discussed with the scheduler, I had some questions so I sent an email to Bob. He called me back within 2 hours--on a Friday night! He came to the job on time and explained everything very well to my husband. However, since my husband usually asks that I handle repairs such as these, he called me at work to explain what he was doing. I found that he had great follow-up, was very thorough, educated me on the process. He also gets an A+ for being trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to others and I will definitely be using him in the future. I spent $75 on the Angie's List special which covered the dryer vent cleaning (cleaned vent, vent cover and transition; compressed transition to shorten and straighten). I also decided to spend an additional $49.00 for him to replace my washer supply line hoses with 10-year hoses. All-in-all a very good experience.

Description of Work: Our dryer was not drying at all, and it appeared to be due to a clogged vent. It turned out that the vent went down through the slab and was filled with water. He was there for a long time trying to get it drained out and also cleaned lint traps and attempted to perform some modifications to help it not flood again. He did do a good bit of upselling.
