+ -1 moreAlex is cheerful, hardworking, competent and efficient. He works non-stop all day with only a lunch break, finishes a task and then says his operative phrase, "what's next?" He is unfazed by unforeseen problems, two cats, three dogs who follow him around slavishly, and manufacturers' directions that are sometimes off base. We have used Alex at least four times on our home and will continue to hire him as long as we live here. And we always pay him a little bit more than he asks just because he is worth it.
Description of Work: Alex has done many different chores for us including assembling furniture, installing light and fan fixtures, repairing broken stair steps, building shelves in closets, moving boxes from a storage unit rental, and bracing our home storage unit. If he notices something that should be fixed or repaired, he brings it to our attention and lets us decide what we want him to do.
