+ -1 moreI called and called. I left 2 messages with the receptionist....Dalisa?? (not sure if right name) She was rude, didn't understand WHY I wanted it or my insurance wanted it. Never got a call back from Accounting AND now she won't pick up my calls and every time I call it goes to voicemail. AWFUL customer service. I am building a new house next year and will NOT use these guys.

Description of Work: Barker roofing had replaced my roof previously. When I called them to look at an area that concerned me which I was willing to pay to have repaired, they never responded to my request despite talking to their office manager. I would not recommend them because of the initial work they performed and due to their lack of responding to my request.

+ -1 moreBuyer Beware. This company is "Barker Roofing" and changed their name in 2012 to "Don Barker Roofing & Stucco Inc" . As a result, all negative reviews with Angie's List were removed. This is the same owner and same address from my 2009 paperwork. They did a horrible job by cutting corners and not fully replacing rotten plywood resulting in a lumpy and wavy installation of the new roof. After much complaining, documenting with photos and negative reviews, they came back onsite to redo work but I continue to have roof issues today.
Description of Work: Replaced entire roof, replaced rotten wood.
