+ -1 moreWe came home from being away for a week to find our home very warm! We called Choice Home Warranty and they sent Dimensional. They contacted us promptly, called to let me know how the morning appointments were going then again at 30 minutes out. Jacob the technician was very nice, polite, clean, professional. He was thorough and quickly found and fixed the problem. He also found a hole in our ductwork in the attic that surely was affecting performance but we'd have never seen. We are very pleased and would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and fixed our air conditioner and found and fixed a duct problem we weren't even aware of.
