Digital Entertainment Solutions is a true owner-operated small business offering sales and professional custom installation of home audio and video products with great pride in craftsmanship. Our clients are NEVER left alone with hourly employees to perform the work. The business owner is the lead installer and is present at all times during the installation. Description of Work: Installed an antenna, a large flat screen tv and DVD player. The antenna allowed me to cut the cord on cable and the installation was well labeled, clean and worked from the start. Just what I asked for at a fair price.

Execellent experience. He showed up on time, delivered the new TV, brought a helper and got right to work. It's obvious Jeff really knows what he's doing and his experience makes him very efficient at getting it done quickly. His quote for his hourly labor was just a little higher than other quotes I got, but he works so efficiently that the overall charge was less than expected. He worked with us to determine the exact location on the wall for mounting these two TV's (new one and old one), then mounted it perfectly. They cleaned up everything and were on their way. It's so refreshing to find people who are both knowledgeable AND really care about what they're doing. Highly recommend this company and would hire him again without question.
Description of Work: I purchased a 55" Sony TV from Digital Entertainment Solutions and had them mount it on the wall in the family room. Then they moved the existing family room TV (a 52" Sony) to the Master Bedroom and had it mounted on the wall. Before the purchase, Jeff spent time on the phone with me to discuss the different TV options and wall mount brackets. He clearly knows his stuff! He supplied the bracket, and all necessary cables, wall plates, etc.
