+ -1 moreDidn't use the guys, as the price was really high for what I was getting in relation to other companies we had come out and bid. The bid was $9000.00 over the average for others.
Description of Work: Needed Clay tile roofing repaired in valleys and decking replaced over porch where tiles were not installed properly when roof was first installed. The valleys were not installed correctly initially when house was built and was going to cause leaking throughout the house in time.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job on my roof. They made sure everything was done right. It is a good, high quality roof and most importantly it didn't leak at all when they were done with it. We did get what we expected from them. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves as they didn't leave a single mess for me to clean up. The big downside was that it was very expensive to have them do the work.
Description of Work: They replaced my 2000 square foot modified flat roof.
