Dependable Custom Renovations

jesse is a friend of a friend and was referred to me to replace a floor at my restaurant...he came by and dropped off a few samples and told our manager who is the mutual friend that he could install any of the samples at a cost of 3000 dollars for about 350 square feet of floor that needed replaced....the manager cut him a check for the full amount (even though she was directed to pay half) and was fairly confident that i would pick one of the 4 samples....i didnt like the samples that were provided and called mr deleo and asked him to come by and show me more samples in a different color...he never returned any of my phone calls and every time i called him he hung up on me.....i have a copy of the check that i am going to take to court to show he performed no services and basically ripped me off for 3000 dollars...STAY AWAY FROM JESSE DELEO AND ANY OF HIS REPAIR COMPANIES... IF HE WOULD DO THIS TO A FRIENDS CONTACT THAN WHY WOULDN'T HE DO IT TO A TOTAL STRANGER....
