Dayton Contracting is a roofing and exterior renovation company. We service residential customers with roof replacements and repair. Our renovation services include carpentry, rotten wood repair, siding and window replacement, professional painting, stucco repair, and more. Whether you looking at a new roof, siding and window project, or painting your house, we have the experience and the product knowledge to help you make the right choices, and can work with your budget to use your money in the wisest of ways. We really believe we’re helping people with what are often difficult circumstances and in areas that many don’t know much about. We provide free estimates and honest evaluation of your roof, siding, window, stucco, or paint projects. We are a low pressure company. We will never be forceful or pushy, but patient and willing to educate and explain every recommendation we put forth. Description of Work: There is a flat area on my roof covered by other than shingles.When it was originally installed, some flashings were not run up high enough on the slopes down to the flat area. Dayton gave me a price, later found a slight issue that he had not detected. He stayed with his price and fixed my leak. We have had no problem since.

Description of Work: The work was done fine. However, they stepped on my flowers while doing the work. I had to get new ones. I don't think they knew they were flowers.
