Wonderful experience. Shane was not only pleasant and professional, he was clearly looking out for our interests at every step of the way. In sort order, he located the source of the roof leak (improper installation of roof solar exhaust fan), and also immediately determined the cause of the wood rot around the bottom of the posts. When he and his crew returned several days later (on time), they got to work, and took care of everything in half a day. The job to fix the posts was a little more complex than expected, but Shane did not charge more than he estimated for the work. He helped us find existing paint cans in our garage and helped to locate the paint retailer we needed to go to to find the other paint that would be needed. We also got a referral from him for insulation work that we need to do. Shane clearly puts himself in the shoes of his customers, and does what's needed. No one could ask for more.

Every step in the process was done on a timely basis and in a thorough way. The crew arrived when Shane said they would and completed the job within the two days he estimated. The cost was reasonable, completed when promised and the site was thoroughly cleaned up when the work was finished. We could not be happier with the result and only await a rare Texas downpour to test the final product.

Heavy rains in Austin, had leak in kichen ceiling - call them to find leak and also do a overall instpection of roof -clean gutters, etc..found leak was in plumbing not roof. Reccomend plumbing company who was excellent Getting a price was a little challenging and i felt uncomfortable. Found out later that they did want to give me price because they were worried about what problem was, They could have handle the priceing better. They did a very nice and quick jobj

I contacted Shane in the morning and he was out that day to inspect my roofing problem and described the repairs needed. He was very explicit in his descriptions so I clearly understood what he would do. I think he came up with a unique and valid solution for our roofing leak. He and his crew came out the next day and repaired the roof. They were very professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. And they cleaned up so that there was no after-repair mess. I recommend him whole-heartedly.

Everything went well, but I couldn't tell if it was a roofing issue or a chimney issue. Thus, I decided to postpone the work.

The way they left the place when they were done, they seemed very professional.

Great experience from start to finish. I asked them to come out and give me a 2nd opinion/quote b/c the first place I contacted wanted $475. Shane was thorough with his explanation to me and took pictures so I could see what he was talking about. His bid was $100 below the other bid, he was professional, and was able to get me on the schedule in just a few days so he won my business. I will be using this company for all of my roofing needs from here on out.

My overall experience with Shane (owner of Redd Roofing) and his crew was excellent. The work was done as quickly as possible considering the problems they discovered once the chimney was being torn down (i.e. rotten wood not already exposed). They worked as cleanly as possible under the situation and were very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with all of the work done. They went above and beyond the call of their work to make sure everything was right. I had at least 4 bids on this job. Shane submitted a fair bid. He was confident, knowledgable and ready to discuss whatever was needed. I will call him for any other problems I have come up.

Perfectly. I trusted them from past service to not try to push us into higher cost types of fix-up. This is the third time I've used them over the last fifteen years and I see no reason to change.

i have a property manager who regularly uses red roofing. i live in calif and the work was done in austin, tx. on duplexes that he manages for me. so i can't personally comment on this particular reroof job.

Shane helped us with a quote and kept me informed with everything during the whole process. His crew did a good job from start to finish which included clean up as well.

Simply perfect. We capture rainwater, so we can't afford to get any screws lost in the gutters. Lance stayed with his men the whole time and supervised the job. They started early, kept working, and finished the whole job including a spotless clean up within eight hours. This is our second time to use Redd Roofing and as it stands, they are the only company we will use in the future.

Excellent. They repaired each of the things I had requested, as well as a few more problems they found during the job that they fixed at no extra charge. Prompt friendly service, and they even called me afterwards to discuss the job and make sure I was satisfied.

When we noticed the leak we called several roofing companies. Redd was the only one that was honest and upfront about how busy they are this time of year, and especially so with the rainy weather. Gave us a firm appointment time and kept it - actually showing up early! They got up on our roof and looked not only the problem spot we had diagnosed but inspected the roof for any other potential problem areas. They frankly told us that the wet conditions were not ideal for repair and they would be back when the weather improved. The first day after the roof had a chance to dry out, Redd was back out and fixing not only our leaking spot but also preventively caulking around every other pipe collar. Redd Roofing gets an A+ in our book for two reasons. They were prompt, polite, and respectful to us as customers. They completed the work we needed for a reasonable price and then went above and beyond by going ahead and preventively sealing other areas.
