Description of Work: Mr. Potter did a design of a carport and store room addition. Did generally satisfactory work but I expected to get material specifications as part of the design so that I could have a complete package to send out for bids and to use as the scope of work on my contract with a builder. These were not part of the design I received.

+ 0 moreI faxed David a sketch and delivered a survey plat. He took my concepts and created the drawings required by the City of Austin for my room addition. He took the initiative and drew the project the way he thought it would be best laid out. He turned the drawings around in about 3 days. He sent me files of the drawings to scale by email and I was able to get them printed from his files. He was courteous and helpful and very efficient. His knowledge of computers and the Chief Architect software was impressive and he demonstrated a high degree of skill in making the project look quite real. I was very pleased with his work product.
Description of Work: He did a site plan, a floor plan for a large room addition, elevations of each side view, and three dimensional drawings of the project.
