+ -1 moreIt lacked an overall plan. They completed the job for me, because I just needed to get it done and get them out of there. I think 50% of it turned out like how I wanted it to, but it just came down to they just needed to wrap up and go and be done. The pricing scheme did not deliver the value. I paid by the day and the materials and they didn’t deliver the value. What he said he was going to do and what they did was not the same thing. He tried to be responsive, but they just didn’t have it in them to do it.
