Description of Work: My external drive got corrupted and I asked Data Recovery for an estimate of the cost. It turns out recovering the data was going to be very difficult and would require dis-assembly of the drive in a clean room. Considering what they will have to do to recover the data, I am not surprised at the cost. The data isn't worth $1061 to me so I chose not to do the recovery.
