 + -1 moreI was looking to sell or lease my home in Kyle and building a home with Ryland Homes in Buda. From the beginning, Dan and Earl were upfront and honest with me, and provided me with a great deal of information to aid in my decision. After talking with the Ryland representative, he negotiated with the seller getting the absolute best price possible, which was still more than I could afford. He eliminated the buying pressure that the Ryland rep attempted to place on me, and produced all the facts. He is absolutely the best Realtor I've ever dealt with and plan to use him and his company for all future purchases and sales of real estate. You won't find a more honest Realtor who will look out for your best interest even if it means backing out of the sale.
Description of Work: Dan Price acted as my Realtor in deciding whether or not to purchase a Ryland home to be built. Earl Price, his father (it's a family business) worked with me on determining the value of my home and what the lease market is like in my neighborhood.
