Stay Away they installed a roof on a mobile home and caped the factory vents and installed a ridge cap without cutting the sheeting. This caused the roof to decay over a few years. I contacted them and after 3 months going back and forth, they told me to pay them to replace it or move on. Do not use them they will not back there installs once they get your money the give you the finger.

We had our windows replaced by this company. Although the price was great, and so far, they work as intended, the logistics was a complete cluster screw. The installers were on site on time, but there were issues with the window sizes that were in question and it took most of the day to just get ahold of someone to get everything going. Well we gave them another chance (like an idiot) to show the better side and were having siding installed on our house. I had to call multiple times just to get a start date and was told someone would contact me to confirm. Well no one every called to confirm and I had to call again to try and get confirmation. Fast forward to start date. No One ever showed up. I had to call the office 5 times throughout the day just to get somewhat of an answer. I also reached out to the guy that did the sale and i guess he was able to get management to look into it. I called the office Customer support for the last time around 1615 and said I want someone to call me and let me know what is going on. and of course, by this time i was HOT cause this is insulting. Later in the early evening, i got a text that they would start on 2/14, again no time mentioned at all. So now we wait again and see what happens i guess and as of 0915, no one has called me to give me some explanation. To some people 11k (and 1.3k put down to start) might not be a lot, but to me it is and actually has nothing to do with how ya treat customers. I don't expect a lot or demand a lot. Just to be kept in the loop when things are not going as planned. I can say for one thing is i will NEVER use this company again. And i would advise anyone reading this to look and compare other companies also. I would gladly pay a few grand more in order to have a project done correctly and timely and be kept in the loop. Both times, the people coming to SELL the stuff were great. Its the actual execution that is a complete and utter shamble and their logistics is truly pathetic. As i said earlier, if you want something done timely, correctly, and be informed, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF i could give Negative stars for their execution, I definitely would. They are quick to want to sell ya something, but very slow on actually following through on their end after they have your money...

We had the pleasure of DaBella Exteriors installing our new roof about a month ago. Kyle and Bailey were our first contacts that explained everything in detail and helped us choose the best product for our home. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. Their great personalities didn’t hurt either! Very pleasant, thoughtful and kind. Hailey, who is in charge of scheduling the installation, was fabulous as well. She worked with us on getting it done when it was best for us. (And that wasn’t so easy)! The installers showed up right on time and worked all day long with minimal breaks. We were very impressed with Jose and his team for doing an excellent installation and cleaning up every day. When the job was complete, you would not have known there was such a huge tear down and rebuild! They left the area spotless. I cannot say enough about DaBella Exteriors and all that work for this company. I highly recommend them!
