I love this shop, they were very professional, the price was fair for the work and my chandeliers truned out better then I could have inmagined. Perfect!

They had a great variety of shades available and also a great variety of antique lamps. They provided great customer service however their pricing was a little high. However they do allow for the customers to try the lamp shades at the home before purchasing them.

Let me first say that all employees I spoke with were courteous and tried to help me. I have no doubt that they knew how to fix lamps. But they were confused at times, couldn't locate my lamp, and gave me a completion date that was not even close. I dropped off my antique lamp on November 8 to be repaired and polished. The young man who took my order was very helpful and promised that the lamp would be ready in two weeks. My lamp was not ready for two months. I called a couple times and stopped by the store once over that time to see what the delay was and was repeatedly reassued that it would be ready soon. They kept telling me that the polishing was taking longer than anticipated. I wondered if I could ever see my lamp again. Finally I called them and said I was coming to pick up my lamp in a few days finished or not. I called that morning, to make sure that the lamp was in the store. Although the operating hours are 8:30 am on weekdays, the phone was not answered until after 10 am. And no one knew where my lamp was. Evidently they have no reliable system to locate items being repaired. I had a claim ticket with a number, but that did not seem to help them. They called an employee who was home on his day off. Finally, I got a call back that they had located my lamp and I could pick it up. I cannot recommend that anyone use this service.

Took lamps in and they called within a few days. When I went to pick them up I was running late. Called ahead and they pulled the lamps. I was in and out within 5 minutes and they even loaded the lamps for me. Will definitely use them again!

They not only repaired my lamp but they were also really, really nice. It ended up costing less than what they orignally thought, which I really appreciated.

I was kind of surprised that it was run by a couple of young guys. They were very capable. I was pleasantly surprised with their service.
