+ -1 moreVery inefficient. Country Title representatives waited until the last minute to notify us, the sellers, of potential issues 3:30 pm the day before signing and 20 minutes before signing. They assumed that we were familiar with the ''title business'', as they stated, which we were not. They were supposed to supply documentation upon funding completion, which was not provided; unless one counts an informal email from the agent, which I do not. They were patronizing and expensive, to boot. I would never use this company again (and we plan to buy another house within a year) and do NOT recommend them.
Description of Work: Country Title handled the signing and closing when we sold our house.
