I had four new tires installed on my Volvo XC90. Costco had the best price and I called every tire center I could think of. They installed the tires promptly and were done while I was still shopping in Costco. I waited until they had the $70 off coupon and I think it was a great deal.

If you are considering buying carpet from CRT or Costco do your homework first. In general the whole deal was not good. We scheduled an apt to look at the carpet. We had to wait 2 weeks to get the apt. We were scheduled for 5 in the afternoon as I recall. About 5 we get to let us know the salesman was running late and did we want to cancel. That should have been the first clue. We told them no we had already waited 2 weeks and changed our plans to make this meeting. So we picked out some carpet we liked. All we heard about in the store and at the house was about this amazing padding we would be getting. Keep that in mind. I knew the cost of the carpet was high when we bought. But I went with it thinking about the amazing padding and the quality work and service I would get since this was a Costco deal. So we order the carpet and about a week and a half we get a call to schedule the install. I setup a morning install. 9 - 10:30. Day of install about 10:30 I get a call, installers are running about 1/2 hour late and should be there soon. Great I thought, at least they called. Now keep in mind my wife is in town expecting me to pick her up end of the day and knowing I might be a bit late. We are reasonable people. The installers did not show up until 1:30 in the afternoon. They started ripping the carpet out and then laying the new pad. The pad is ok. It is not as good as what I had, but ok. The job gets finished at about 6:30. I have bought a fair amount of new carpet and they have at least vacuumed the new carpet. Not this quality job. No vacuuming of the new carpet and junk from the carpets left all over inside and out. I did complain to Costco as well and they said sorry to hear about your bad experience. The carpet is nice and the installation itself looks to be good quality. I am thankful for that.

It went very well. The representative was very courteous and she did a very good job. I dialed a 1-800 number and she asked me for my customer number and I gave that to her. She said someone would call me about it, then about an later, Overhead Garage Doors called me about it and we made an appointment. Then she came out and took measurements. She even took a picture of my garage doors and then she superimposed to two choices that made so I could see how it would look and sent to me via email.

COSTCO did not call me when the tires arrived as they promised they would. I learned of the arrival when I called them and I got a and quot;yep, their hereand quot;. I arrived later that day (18th) for installation and attempted to park SUV near empty bay that was open. At that moment Willie (supervisor) approached in very aggressive unprofessional manner demanding in a very loud, rude and off putting voice (with no greeting) and quot;do not park here, you cannot park here. I know who you are (said my name) and you must go inside first and complete paperwork.and quot; Willie has one thing on his mind and that is enforcing COSTCO rules and never mind customer service. It is even evident that his attitude has infected the entire department. Not sure but it appeared there was just one person working in the bay area leaving one person at the counter and Willie walking around enforcing the rules to customers. By the way, there was no signage stating what one is to do upon arrival for tire installation. I mentioned to one of the counter reps that in all my years this was the first time I had ever been reprimanded for driving up to an open bay at an auto service center. HIs reply, and quot;We are not your normal auto service centerand quot;. I agree with him on that one. In the end they got the tires installed on the SUV. But, because they had only one man working on installations, I had to return home and come back later to pick up the vehicle.

We've been using COSTCO hearing aids for about 7 months. He's had his hearing aids for years and we used to buy the most expensive ones, thinking they'd be better quality. That's not so. We had friends who used COSTCO and were happy with them. They have an excellent staff and an excellent product.

I am a comparative shopper, and for my last doctor's prescription, Costco ranked much cheaper than HEB (AND they gave me a cost comparison without my even asking). They had the prescription when promised. I love Costco!

Pretty straight forward, walked in, they waited on me, made suggestions and I left.When I came back they had me try them out, and adjust as needed. Great service!

Very well. Their prices are beyond belief good!!! Very good. I was impressed by their sales personnel too, they knew what they were doing more than the other eye places that are big name chains.

I called them up and they had the best prices for Michelin tires (along with a coupon) for my Highlander 4x4. They changed all the tires, disposed of my spare without an additional charge, and placed my best old tire as the new spare. They have an excellent warranty and free lifetime tire rotation and balancing. Other than having to wait an hour and a half (but this was a Saturday afternoon and there are no appts.), service was very competent and comprehensive.

I have been watching Costco for sales on a television for a while so when it came up I jumped on it. I liked that it was about four hundred dollars lower in price than had I gotten it from a big box store. I like the store. The associates are not terribly responsive.

They do not make them on the spot like other places but I have been delighted with the quality of their lenses. Prices are excellent. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
