CGA Partners specializes in architecture and interior design for both residential and commercial projects. CGA Partners experience includes luxury residential projects internationally as well as a variety of commercial projects such as retail, recreational, medical and office headquarters and multifamily facilities. By mixing a client's aspirations and dreams with their style, CGA Partners is able to create a project that reflects and expresses a client’s desires and character. CGA Partners has received numerous awards for their work, most recently including several 2009 Mueller Parade of Homes Awards for a Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified and Gold NAHB rated sustainable home. The awards include People’s Choice, Best of Show, Best Architectural Design, Best Overall Green/Sustainable Home, and Most Unique Green Feature. CGA Partners has also designed several other exemplary green projects with five-plus star ratings in Austin Energy’s green building program. CGA Partners specializes in the architectural design of high-end, custom homes. While concentrated in the Austin area, CGA Partners has also designed homes across the country. Design styles typically range anywhere from Tuscan and Mediterranean to Hill Country and Contemporary, depending on the taste and desires of the client as well as the site environment. CGA Partners began as a firm exclusive to residential projects, but has now built a solid portfolio of commercial and multifamily work primarily in Austin, but also around the state of Texas.
