Cool Choice Heating & Air Conditioning

Thank you Cool Choice for servicing our air conditioner. Quick, easy, inexpensive. We were a little worried of what they would "find" and what they might try to sell us, but they were great! We're going to use them when we buy our new home.

We just bought our home in December. We hadn't noticed that the a/c wasn't working that well until this month when it started to get hot. We called one company and they told us that the compressor was going out and we needed a new system, $8000! We wanted another opinion and we didn't really like the first company that much anyway, so we looked for another company. We found Cool Choice through a friend and Joey Trevino the owner came out. Completely different experience, completely different outcome. Joey told us that a relay was buzzing and an overhaul of the electrical system should do the trick, along with adding a few pounds of refrigerant. He seemed very genuine and honest throughout the whole job. Joey did say that the system was 15 years old and could be replaced but that it wasn't necessary at this time. We really appreciated his honesty, and when our A/C does finally go out, Cool Choice will be doing the job.
