Poorly. The duct work and the copper piping is having to be redone. He never installed filters as he was required. The AC kept breaking down and he then became impossible to get a hold of. I had to cut my loses.

This company was recommended by a friend. Within a few hours of our initial call, we were visited by a representative who after learning of our needs and discussion of several approaches (and not the more expensive ones possible), provided a detailed equipment specification and cost estimate. He also provided information on several rebate opportunities which would apply. Despite the fact that I told him we were not in a rush, the system was installed and operational with four days of my order. On the date of installation, everything provided was as specified, including two minor modifications to the return and condensing systems. The installer returned the next regular workday and provided additional adjustments and explanation of the control system. Both the installer and the original estimator each gave us a follow up call several days later to see if we needed any additional help. The new system is proving to be a big step up from the one it replaced and I am very satisfied with the choices made. Also, I do not think I could of have asked anything more in the information and performance provided by this company. Everything promised was provided in a very timely and professional manner.
