They said it was not in stock until Tuesday and they couldn’t deliver until Thursday. I said I would be out of town so we scheduled it for next Monday. They called on the Sunday before they were supposed to come they said they could only come on a Friday to install a propane stove. After much arguing I said that was fine and said that the morning would be best for me. They ended up arriving in the afternoon even when I specifically asked for them to come in the morning. They came to install the stove and it didn’t fit in all the way. The salesman didn’t explain to me that in older homes a modification had to be made so it would fit in clear with the wall. I had to call a plumber to get this taken care of for $173.00. Also when the stove arrived it didn’t have a boiler pan so for all of my troubles they gave me one from a different stove.

I told them exactly what I needed and that I did not want to spend a ton of money on a washer and dryer. They gave me a few options and left me alone to consider my purchase. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something more expensive than what I wanted, which I really appreciated! They installed the W/D in my home and I have not had any problems! Overall it was an excellent experience.

I had been shopping for a new refrigerator for months, comparing prices in various stores and on line. I had seen the best price on line at Conns.com, and stopped into the store to kill time while waiting for another errand. I had no intention of buying anything that day, but wanted to see if the same item I saw on line was in-store. The item was there, but not for the same on line price. This was a disappointment. However, I saw a floor model for a similar item on clearance for around the same price as the original item I wanted to see. Because it was a "scratch & dent" model, there were only 1 or 2 available. The item had no visible flaws, so I jumped on it. The salesperson was very helpful, though a bit chatty. The item was delivered and installed the next day, and they took away my old refrigerator. I love the extra space, icemaker, water & ice in the door, and it looks great in my kitchen. It's been 6 months since I purchased, and so far no problems.
Description of Work: I purchased a stainless steel side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator. Conn's provided an extended warranty, delivery and installation.

Description of Work: Extended service paper work has never been provided by Conn's. The company said it is listed on the back of the report, but does not match what the sales person said. Several calls to the company have gotten several different responses, even an offer to extend the contract one extra year at no charge. When we received a receipt only on the contract it still had only two years.

They did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. They knew what they were doing and did it well. They charged me about $30 for this service, only because I had also got my microwave installed by them. I bought my microwave from them and they said for $70.00 more, they could come and hook it all up to. I thought the price sounded fair, so they installed it for me as well. They came on time and were done in a very short amount of time. I thought they were very respectful and polite from beginning to end and will most definitely hire them again.
