concrete repair, decks
+ 0 moreWe used to have concrete mixed with stone and we wanted the decorative designs which was their specialty. The concrete pouring and design went extremely well, but the drainage system goes towards the house instead of away from it; this causes large puddles to form. I would not be so angry if we did not talk about it, but we did. I informed them of this problem before the job started and while work was in progress. After contacting them several times about this, with no results, we finally gave up. We will never hire them again.
Description of Work: Concrete Surface Innovations Incorporated poured concrete over our existing back patio. The concrete was decorative with textured designs on it.
