Description of Work: New construction concrete scoring & staining

Description of Work: Concrete by Design took up carpet in the home of one of my clients. (I am a Realtor). The objective was to stain the floors the same color as the rest of the house. While the colors don't match exactly, it does look nice, and the workers were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to other clients, or use them myself.

Description of Work: Concrete By Design stained our concrete covered porch. Despite challenges presented by surface treatments done by previous home owners, Jon and his staff persisted doing whatever was necessary until it was done right. I would recommend Concrete By Design to anyone who wanted a first rate concrete staining job.

Description of Work: Jon came to our townhouse exactly on time and answered all my questions, took measurements, showed me concrete stain samples, and within an hour had emailed me a copy of his estimate clearly explained. I was ready to go with this and felt it would have been a great improvement to our back patio and would have raised the value of our property, but unfortunately our HOA refused to give us permission and we had to abandon the project. Had we received permission to stain our patio, we definitely would have used Concrete By Design. I felt his price was reasonable and the website is good, with many pictures in his gallery of completed projects.

Description of Work: I called Jon for an estimate on stained floors and he promptly came out and did measured the house and I had his VERY COMPETITIVE estimate later that night. He was very thourough and patient answering all of our questions and he was extremely honest with us. He even offered me to come and view another job he just finished (Which was beautiful by the way) We decided to go with another type of flooring, which he didnt offer that particular service/floor, so we didnt end up hiring him for this job. We will have our patio stained in the near future and we will have him do the job! I would not hesitate to call him if you are in need of his concrete service.

Description of Work: THESE GUYS LAID A LAYER OF THIN CONCRETE OVER OUR EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB, THEN GROUND, AND STAINED THE FLOOR. THEY THEN SEALED IT.
