+ -1 moreI was very happy with the service Danny provided. He took the time to listen to my issues and resolved our problem during his visit. He was very professional and easy to talk with. He exceeded my expectations. I called Computer Troubleshooters as my home PC recently stopped connecting to the internet. Other devices in our house were connecting to our internet service without issue so I know our home PC had a problem. Danny Brice came over and worked for less than two hours and got our PC connecting to the internet again. I guess there is no more freeware "downloads" in my future. Danny not only resolved our issue but provided a computer check up and discovered that our power supply was bad. He did not have a replacement in hand and later came back and replace the part in just a few minutes.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired PC issue which stopped it connecting to the internet.

+ -1 moreThey removed the viruses and everything to leave just what was on the computer originally. The protection programs were also updated. I dropped off the computer for repairs mostly for convenience so I did not have to be home when they came. They just cleaned it up for me. The computer works smoothly now. I was happy with the service.
