I have used Jon for years. He is very knowledge and available when I need him to help me with my computer and/or printer. As we all know, they seem to not work right when we are working at our busiest. He is right there to put out any fires so I can get back to work quickely!

Searching online for a small local Austin computer service company I lucked into finding Computer Pro. Owner operator Jon DeMayo was at my home within an hour of me calling him for the first time on a Saturday! He knew just what to do. In addition to addressing some computer hardware and software problems, I was able to get answers for a variety of technology issues including Wi-Fi, best movie streaming service, and best way to get internet throughout my home. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. I’ll be using him again for my home and small business technology issues.

Jon was able to come the day after I called. He arrived on time, set up my new printer and made sure that it was properly working before he left. Remarkably well. Serviceman was very fast to see the problem and helped by removing unwanted things I couldn't. Helped me to understand how to do things to keep the problem from happening again. John was friendly as well as professional. I would call him again for any computer problem.

The computer was taken to the office by the owner/principle and was cleared,fully repaired and returned 2 hours.

I was getting these pop ups these kept telling me to call an 800 number that was Microsoft because my computer was infected and they would help me fix my problems. A friend of mine had been in a similar situation and had used this company to help them with the same type of problem. Jon came out and fixed the problem for me in less than an hour. He ran a few different scans, identified the problem and removed it. He also took the time to explain to me that Microsoft would never contact me under any circumstances and if someone called or this happened again never to trust it as it was a scam to take money from me. Computer Pro did excellent work and I would use them in the future and refer them to my friends and clients.
