Complete Medical Management Inc/ CMM

Description of Work: Complete Medical Management was asked to recover data that had been damaged on a corrupt hard drive.

Description of Work: I had been having problems with my computer for quite some time and was unable to remedy the problem myself. I used one computer repair person that came to my house. He did not find the real issues and was only able to speed up my computer by deleting a lot of start ups and files (some of which were vital). He worked very quickly and did not explain much of what he was doing. When he finished, he did not give me a report of the actual steps taken and after he left, I found new issues due to his sloppy work. I took my computer a while later into another computer repair place. They kept it 8 days and still did not find the root viruses that I had. When I called Complete Medical Management, they were very responsive and I brought my computer in right away. They offered to come to me, but I was very close to their office and brought it over. They ran tests overnight and then called me to report they had found several very serious viruses. They did the necessary fixes, and now my computer is running faster than it has in years.
