He was scrupulously honest and never overcharged us. He even explained how to do simple jobs so we could do them ourselves for a fraction of the price we would pay him and he was always on time. He explained everything very carefully and made sure I understood so I could explain to my husband later on. He was referred to us by a neighbor who spoke very highly of him and he lived up to the expectation.

Josh returned our call withing 1/2 hour and showed up 2 hours later, exactly as he promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly, found he did not have the parts on the truck, and drove back to the shop to get them. Josh called me back to let me know the parts were available and returned to finish installation within 1/2 hour. A capacitor and a dual contactor were replaced. He tested the unit (works fine!!!) cleaned off the coils on both units, put everything back as he had found it, and was on his way. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions. All in the middle of our 100+ degree heat wave.
