+ -1 moreThe repair was done quickly and reasonably. I did compare the cost at a couple of other places and his pricing was competitive and I knew I could rely on him for a good job. In the past we've called him on July 3 and Dec 23 when tenants suddenly reported problems with their A/C or heat (respectively) and he's always been accommodating about working us into the schedule, despite the pending holidays. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and I'm comfortable having him deal directly with our tenants without concern. I also like knowing that when I call I know who will be responding.
Description of Work: We've had Josh service several of our rental properties over the years. Recently he had to replace the outside A/C heatpump unit on one of our properties.

Description of Work: I had a clogged drain on my ac unit. He showed up the day I called, and he told me that it was a small problem, however he did not not charge me. It only took him 5 minutes fix.
