Description of Work: Bruce Berman was the real estate agent for the home buyer, me. He helped me search for homes, visit and discuss those I was interested in, and answered the many questions that occur during the home-buying process. Bruce "held my hand" through the settlement process, too, sitting in and clarifying each step, as needed.

Description of Work: Bruce did all the things that realtors do to assist my sister in the home-buying process. Starting with an exhaustive search of the NW Austin market to making the offer to supporting us during the mortgage process and leading us through the home inspection process and finally joining my sister at the closing.
