COBALT POOLS

This company is awful. They would miss weeks at a time, become very argumentative when the quality of service is questioned and even repeatedly lied. They would tell me my pool is blue when it's clearly green. They replaced equipment unnecessarily and managed the pool in a manner that follow up firms said was damaging to my pool and equipment. I'm spending thousands to replace damaged equipment and cleanup their mess. Terrible company, terrible management and a total disappointment.

Received a card in the mail advertising $99.00 monthly service plus chemicals. I called and met the rep named Nicholas at my house. He said he'd get back to me as to what day of the week I will have services. Tuesday was what he said on my answering machine so I planned on seeing him then. Had my dogs locked in the house all day and NO SHOW! I called that day, left message. Called the next day, left message. Called today, day 3 and still getting voicemail. I'm not sure if this is an actual service or if this is someone looking to rob residences. I am thinking this address is a mailboxes site and not actual business. He did not give his last name and said he did not have a card. I asked for his cell but he said just call the number on the mailer.
