Never was contacted by company. Wrote email to them via THEIR website describing project . Never got a call so after two weeks I went with another company for the $4000 project i had at my home on windows.

Bottom Line Up Front: Since the installment of Climatizer windows in our master bedroom, suppression of traffic noise is tangible (approximately 80%) and has surprisingly exceeded our expectations - the roar of passing vehicles is barely audible! We moved into our second home two years ago and sustained some pretty restless nights being situated so closely to a main road, which is exceptionally busy during early morning rush hour traffic. After conducting a lot of online research based on our needs, I realized that I was more concerned with achieving a high OITC rating versus a high STC rating, and I wanted something that could supplement the double-paned windows without having to remove them. During the initial consultation, I received honest feedback about my concerns that the Climatizer windows may not block out noise 100% due to all of the structural variables, but I was willing to take the chance if the noise could be reduced enough for me to sleep comfortably without the use of a fan (white noise) to cover up the outside noise... Luckily, it ended up being one of the best decisions I have ever made! I ended up placing an additional order for Climatizer windows for the master bathroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms that sustained the same noise issues as the master bedroom once did! Mr. Ed Salinas and Mr. Fred Hutchinson were the ultimate professionals who provided excellent service; thank you so much for making such quality products available to the collective – what a difference they have made!

Ed ensures that all of your questions, concerns, and confusions are remedied. He'll inform you of the problem areas that need to be addressed and tell you when addressing other areas will be a waste of your time and money. Fred simply does it right, period. I am totally disappointed in these windows. They were bought for a specific reason and that was to reduce the noise coming through three windows from a recently purchased heat pump system. No noise reduction after 2-3 weeks and having the representative return to check the windows and having a HVAC company recheck the ac/heating system. 1877.00 wasted. I will have them removed and replaced with actual sound proof glass windows. It's not winter yet, so i can't comment on any thermal properties of the windows.

I was put off that the salesperson didn't give me a written estimate nor provided refferal names and numbers. I did as much internet research and personal contacts as I could and decided to go with this company. It was the best solution for dealing with the problem of windows in our historic neighborhood. Can feel a reduction in heat loss and draftiness. Can even detect noise reduction although we only had three windows put in. I'm glad the installer came out before I wrote the check and signed the order. Installation was all that was promised. Considering doing three additional windows.

The end results caused me to realize a better nights sleep with such a reduced sound reduction from outside noise. I am totally satisfied with this service. Thank You.
