Dan returned several weeks later, on his own time, and replaced the four top trim pieces on the chimney. When he left, after I suggested that it was not necessary for him to come back on his own time (the afternoon before he was on his way out of town), Dan stated that he had promised ma that he would do it, so he came back to do it. It's refreshing to find folks with that sort of integrity these days. | |So, I can highly recommend Clear Choice Roofing, and in particular, their technician, Dan. Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal on Angie's List for a $49 roof maintenance package. Although the Deal said that scheduling could be done via email, I had to call to get an appointment. My appointment was for 10am, but the scheduler called and said that due to an overrun with a previous appointment, Dan would arrive around 11:30; he arrived at 12:30. Once there, Dan was very professional, provided a full assessment of my roof on a checklist, and showed me pictures that he'd taken of why he was making certain recommendations about future work I might need to consider. Overall, I was happy with the work completed and will likely use Clear Choice for my future roofing needs.

Description of Work: Repair "ridge shingles that were missing" ... then audited the rest of the roof. Brought 3 to 4 guys - but really only needed no more than two. They were good and quick.

Description of Work: Gavin and Carrie were great. I was provided their information from Lonestar Solar and wanted to have my roof inspected before I put the panels on. I contact JConn Roofing (large local vendor) and another small vendor. Both said they would be out and never showed, probably based on inspection only. After a call to Carrie, she had Gavin out the next day. My roof was in good shape and there was not charge for the inspection. If and when I need roofing service, I will definitely call them back.

Description of Work: We had a persistent leak in a corner of the house whenever it rained. Dan was able to analyze the problem and propose a solution that involved correcting a mistake the builder (and city inspectors) never caught. He was done in under a day, was always punctual and professional, and we are very happy to have this fixed. Mother Nature has tested his work with multiple heavy rainstorms over the last week, and everything that should be dry still is.

Description of Work: Clear Choice Roofing responded the same day I called. They completed an estimate, I approved it, and a tech did the work. He replaced two hot-air vent caps, and repaired a leak. That kept us from taking water later when we got 1.8 inches of rain. I have asked Clear Choice Roofing to give me an estimate on a full roof replacement.
