Description of Work: Arrived after I had asked them not to because I was in the hospital...actually, I had just arrived home myself from hospital and needed to be in bed, Communication must be setting a new low at this business. One reason for the slowness of recovery from "Wall Street" may well be that businesses are too dumb to treat their customers in such a way that they will want to do business with that company again.

Description of Work: Gavin from Clear Choice visited my house promptly as expected. Due to the damage under the roof, and not on the roof, it's not something they do (he'd suggest a carpenter), and was up front about not being able to provide the service we require. We appreciated it and will use Clear Choice again in the future when needed.

Description of Work: I purchased a roof maintenance package with this company, they gave me everything I needed for my check up and did not charge me a dime over the coupon. It was a very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: I am in the process of getting my home ready to get listed in the next few weeks and decided that a roof inspection would be a good idea. I have no active leaks but also was not sure how long ago the roof was last replaced. I purchase the roof maintenance package and received communication from the service provider in an email asking me to contact their office and click on a link to review details of the offer. In addition to the $99 deal, there were additional costs involved based on the pitch of your roof and or a 2 story home. I can not afford the additional expense.

Description of Work: On the Angie's List site, the fine print in this Deal did not exclude metal roofs, although one of the same company's other deals did specify that (I have a metal roof). When I went to their website (after purchasing the Deal) to get the full scoop for this coupon, it said "asphalt tile roof only". I called them to confirm. They are coming out to look at my roof after all, but the Deal isn't good.

Description of Work: They were nice, I have no complaints. They looked at my roof and said that nothing could be done. I had an AC company come out and they looked in the attic and found a leak. I bought this deal hoping that the provider could find the leak.

Description of Work: They originally sent me an estimate to do both roof repair and other work. Then they changed their mind and told me I had to get my own contractor to do the other work. Encountered substantial delays in getting them to send me formal contract before this. As a result had tofind another roofer who was more reliable and responsive

Description of Work: We had a leak around a bathroom vent fan. Chris Ruesing from Clear Choice Roofing came out, inspected the roof, hammered in a nail, caulked around it, and said, "No charge." What a relief that was to us.

Description of Work: Although I did not use Clear Choice for my window project, I was impressed with their effort. They had a competitive comprehensive bid for a good product. I seriously considered awarding them this work, however they just missed out in the end. I would not hesitate to give them another opportunity in the future.

Description of Work: Great job!!! Repaired hole made by squirrels. Covered area with sheet metal and re-shingled. Re-shingled tree-rub damage, whole roof tune-up. Did a "rush" job to get ahead of expected rain, arrived early, finished quickly, keeping me informed of progress and showed me pictures. Suggested alternative that saved significantly from cost of original quote.

Description of Work: Shingle replacement after strong storms. We had all of the broken and missing shingles replaced and also bought the maintenance package. The crew caulked and sealed all flashings and seams on the roof. Super job done quickly. We will definitely recommend Clear Choice to our friends.

Description of Work: Clear Choice roofing made an appointment and was three days late on the work. It was completed successfully. A buyers inspection revealed a small issue which Clear Choice came out and fixed with no additional charge. They were very good on honoring their pricing. They returned calls usually within a few days, not super fast but good enough. They have a controlling office which books appointments. That really helped their organization and commitment to the work. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Very professional. Estimator arrived on time, gave me the estimate. Roofer arrived on time, immediately got to work, repaired as needed, cleaned up, and left. Excellent job.
